- All flights are conducted with a pre-flight safety check, not only   for personnel, but for airspace and property. 

 

- DE360 is licensed (Pilot) and insured for all flights and missions. 

 

- We adhere to all rules and regulations per FAA and NCDOT.

 

- No flight missions will be conducted within 5 miles of an airport

  W/O   ATC authorization and/or waiver. 

 

- Airspace will be yielded to all manned aircraft in the area. 

 

- We will not fly over 400' Above Ground Level, and will always       be within the Line of Sight.  

 

- A Visual observer (VO) will be utilized whenever possible.

 

- We will not fly directly over crowds of people.

  Safety is and will be the number one priority with any flight mission.

 With my Fire/Emergency service background, there is nothing I take more serious than the safety of citizens and my customers.
